We want every client to feel confident purchasing the Full AI Visibility Audit ($250). If you are not satisfied with your audit for any reason, please contact us at hello@appearai.io within 7 days of receiving your report and we will work to resolve your concern.
You are eligible for a full refund if: (a) we fail to deliver your PDF report within 48 hours of receiving your business details, without prior notice of delay; (b) the report contains a material error — such as analysis of the wrong business — that we are unable to correct; or (c) you contact us within 7 days of receiving your report with a specific concern about the quality of the audit.
Email hello@appearai.io with your name, the email address used for purchase, and a description of your concern. We will respond within 2 business days. Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
Refunds are not available if: you have already participated in your included walkthrough call; more than 7 days have passed since delivery of your report; or the concern relates to AI recommendation rates not improving after receiving the audit (the audit is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of improvement).
For ongoing retainer engagements, cancellation terms are agreed individually in your service agreement. As a general principle, we require 30 days written notice to cancel a retainer. Fees paid for the current month are non-refundable upon cancellation.
